A Research Intern position is available in the department of Melanoma Medical Oncology. The research intern will expand their skills on data collection and interpretation on response to systemic therapeutics as well as diagnosis, grading and management of treatment related adverse events. Perform literature review on determinants of benefit from systemic therapeutics in melanoma, including patient and disease characteristics, comorbidities, concomitant medications and other host factors such as lifestyle and microbiome. Handle the collected data and perform data analyses.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES Learn the treatment landscape of melanoma, standard of care therapeutics as well as novel investigational approaches.
Learn how to evaluate responses to systemic treatments in melanoma using radiographic and pathological findings, as well as biological, clinical, and host-related determinants of differential therapeutic responses.
Learn symptomatology, grading and treatment of immune related adverse events, as well as biological, clinical, and host-related determinants of differential therapeutic response.
