We survey AI-generated copies of customers to conduct real-time qualitative and quantitative research, and translate that data into actionable marketing strategies. This exciting new technique enables companies to research hard-to-reach audiences 100X faster and at much lower cost.
Evidenza came out of "stealth mode" in June of 2024, and our business is rapidly expanding. We have over 50 clients, including many of the biggest brands in B2B and B2C. We've already generated millions of dollars in revenue. Now we're looking to build out an initial team to help us grow this category-defining start-up into a billion-dollar behemoth.
The Role:
We're seeking a full-time Research Manager to own and deliver research projects end-to-end for leading global brands. As a Research Manager, you'll drive projects from kickoff to final presentation, manage Analysts, ensure quality standards, and own client communication throughout the engagement.
This role blends hands-on analytical work with project leadership and client management. You'll design methodologies, build compelling deliverables, and develop account expansion ideas—all while coaching junior team members and contributing to internal initiatives that help us scale.

Responsibilities:
Analytical Excellence
Design sound methodologies that address client objectives
Ensure statistical validity and catch analytical gaps before they reach clients
Build and QC complex analyses; elevate team standards
Master advanced Excel, visualization tools, and the Evidenza platform
Delivery & Execution
Drive projects end-to-end without handholding—from scoping to final delivery
Balance multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality standards
Manage Analyst workloads and project timelines
Anticipate issues and escalate appropriately
Communication
Provide proactive client updates; manage expectations effectively
Present findings clearly to clients; run project calls confidently
Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights
Client Partnership
Own client communication on projects from kickoff to delivery
Lead renewal conversations and identify expansion opportunities
Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders
Develop account expansion ideas based on client needs
Team & Growth
Coach Analysts and give constructive, actionable feedback
Drive cross-functional projects and internal initiatives
Build reusable IP and templates that help the team scale
Mentor junior team members; help them grow
Strategic Impact
Own internal initiatives that improve team efficiency
Create tools and templates that scale across projects
Connect research to business impact; shape account strategy
Contribute to methodology innovation
Qualifications
3–6 years of experience in consulting, market research, analytics, consulting, or related fields. Consulting preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline
Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end and delivering high-quality work
Strong analytical skills with experience designing research methodologies
Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
Excellent client communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
Interest in AI technologies and market research
