Position: Research Nurse (RN)
Location: Valhalla, NY (100 E Stevens Ave)
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Research Nurse (RN) to join our sports science research team in Valhalla, NY. This role plays a critical part in conducting clinical research focused on hydration and functional ingredients that support athlete health and performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, phlebotomy skills, and familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards to support a wide range of human research studies.
Execute clinical research activities in collaboration with the investigative team and Principal Scientist.
Serve as the Lead Phlebotomist, performing venous catheterization and ensuring adherence to safety standards and SOPs.
Support the day-to-day execution of research projects, including participant monitoring and data collection.
Maintain ethical standards and compliance with human subject research guidelines.
Contribute to the development and improvement of clinical SOPs and safety processes.
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Technician.
Current ability and licensure to perform phlebotomy duties, including venous catheterization.
Demonstrated knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a clinical research environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a high-performance, fast-changing environment.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours when required based on study needs.
