We are looking for an occupational therapist, certified in lymphedema treatment, to serve as a lymphedema educator for a pilot lymphedema screening program at BMC. The job requires 4-6 hours of telemedicine visits a week with postoperative breast cancer patients. The occupational therapist will provide lymphedema education and review postoperative exercises with patients and communicate any issues or concerns directly to the surgeon/PI. Is encouraged to assist in interdisciplinary research.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Work requires a Bachelor's / Master's or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Work requires a current license and certification by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. NCBOT, AOTA and MAOT membership preferred.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Work requires interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients, families and various members of the health care team.
Work requires analytical abilities sufficient to evaluate patients' condition, capabilities and progress to develop appropriate treatment programs. Req id: 30909
