Job Summary: This position will be housed in the Center for Community Health (CCH) which provides a home for a diverse array of academic investigators, community partners, and staff members, who are all dedicated to promoting health through the conduct and dissemination of community-engaged research. As a center with a presence in the both the Institute for Public Health and Medicine (IPHAM) and Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (NUCATS), CCH provides community and stakeholder engagement infrastructure across the research spectrum.
This position will be with the Mothers and Babies (MB) Program in the Center for Community Health. Mothers and Babies is a cognitive behavioral therapy-based intervention that aims to prevent postpartum depression among predominately low-income racial/ethnic minority women. This position will mainly support a research study focused on an adaptation of Mothers and Babies, called Fathers and Babies, which focuses on paternal postpartum depression. Main responsibilities will include study participant outreach, including recruitment, screening, enrollment, and data collection; documenting outreach and organizing data collected; and assisting with mailings and participant renumeration. This position will support the expansion of the Fathers and Babies intervention, including the review of registration for trainings, technical support during trainings, and program communication.
Additionally, this role will support the overall expansion of the Mothers and Babies Program through assisting with trainings, consultations, and training evaluations.
Please note: There may be times when flexible/non-standard work hours are needed in order to meet study participant scheduling needs.

Target hiring range for this position will be between $17.05 - $21.31 per hour. Offered salary will be determined by the applicants education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
