The Research Associate supports research efforts in the Department of Urology. Routine laboratory maintenance including purchasing of supplies regent preparation. Independently perform tissue culture, microscopy, DNA, RNA, and protein analysis by western blotting, PCR, qPCR, sequencing, and small and large animal research including surgery. Support clinical trials through record keeping and specimen processing. Assist with data analysis and report preparation.
Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Chemical Science or related field required.
Previous laboratory experience strongly preferred.
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Salary Range: $31,200 - $40,000, DOE
