About Coeur d'Alene Resort:
Our resort offers luxury accommodations and unforgettable experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our front desk team and assist guests in booking their stays with ease and professionalism.
The Role:
As a Reservation Agent, you will handle incoming calls and online requests, provide information about room availability, rates, and resort amenities, and ensure accurate and efficient booking processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and courteously to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online systems
Assist guests with booking rooms and special requests
Provide detailed information about resort accommodations, packages, and policies
Maintain accurate reservation records and update systems accordingly
Coordinate with other departments to accommodate guest needs
Handle billing and payment processing as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in reservations or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with reservation software and basic computer skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
