Key Responsibilities
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a timely and professional manner
Accurately process individual and group reservations in the property management system
Provide detailed information regarding room types, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel amenities
Upsell room categories and additional services to optimize revenue
Manage modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, availability, and special events
Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management teams as needed
Ensure all guest information is entered accurately and confidentially
Monitor room availability and communicate booking trends to management
Handle guest concerns or escalations professionally and proactively
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related degree preferred
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reservations preferred
Familiarity with property management systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis, or similar)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with a guest-focused mindset
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
