Key Responsibilities:- Manage group rooming lists, reservations, and billing details.
- Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure flawless group experiences.
- Process group changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Monitor inventory to optimize room block utilization.
- Prepare and distribute reports for group status and pick-up.
- Maintain accurate records in the property management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.
- Support the Reservations and Sales teams as needed.
Qualifications - Previous hotel or reservations experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management systems (Opera or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred.
