About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will assist clients with travel reservations, booking coordination, and customer support while helping create exceptional travel experiences.

What You'll Do
- Assist clients with booking hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel services
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication platforms
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and itinerary updates
- Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate reservation records and client information
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
- Resolve customer questions with professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A customer-first attitude
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, scheduling, reservations, or call center environments is a plus but not required.
