Reservations Supervisor

One of the world's most celebrated ultra-luxury yacht lines is looking for a  Reservations Supervisor. A pivotal leadership role in the brand new West Palm Beach headquarters. You will build and lead the reservations function, set the tone for guest experience from the very first booking interaction, and develop a team that reflects the standards of one of the world's finest luxury travel brands.

What You Will Do

• Oversee all reservations operations and ensure an exceptional, high-touch booking experience for every guest
• Lead, train, mentor, and develop a team of reservations agents
• Establish workflows, quality standards, and booking processes from the ground up
• Collaborate with sales, guest services, and operations to deliver a seamless guest journey
• Participate in the interview and selection of new reservations agents
• Provide reporting and performance visibility to senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate

• 3 to 6 years of experience in luxury travel reservations, cruise reservations, hotel front office, or a comparable hospitality operations role
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience, or a clear track record of readiness to manage
• Deep familiarity with luxury guest expectations and the nuances of high-touch service
• Experience with reservations systems, booking platforms, or travel management software
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Calm, professional, and composed under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
• A genuine passion for luxury travel and the guest experience that shows in everything you do
