Knowledge of adolescent behavior and needs Create and Implement foundational procedures and protocols for the RESET space Create and monitor an incentive program for students Manage data entry and accurate records on students Participate in weekly meetings with Building Based Teams to review data Implementing critical restorative interventions Making referrals for more comprehensive, long term support Communication with teachers, administrative staff, student support staff and parents/caregivers Design a classroom space that welcomes students and supports their "reset"
