At Ascentria Care Alliance, we are currently hiring Assignment-Based Resettlement Navigators to support refugees and immigrant families as they transition into their new communities. About the Role
Resettlement Navigators serve as a central point of support for refugee and immigrant families by helping connect them to housing, healthcare, employment, education, benefits, and community resources.
