LSI currently seeks a Resettlement Supervisor to lead the resettlement of refugee populations, through our Refugee and Immigrant Services programs in Des Moines, including but not limited to resettlement, employment and case management. What You'll DoThe Resettlement Supervisor plans and implements programming, coordinates core service delivery, supervises staff, ensures program goals are met, and satisfies budgetary, compliance and reporting responsibilities according to contract standards. Guide the implementation of the program and ensure all core services are completed in a timely manner including the provision of safe, sanitary, and affordable housing, airport pickups, home visits, school enrollment, domestic health assessments, and access to public benefits.
