POSITION OVERVIEW
The Family Medicine Residency Program Director (PD) provides leadership and accountability for a high-performing community-based residency program. The PD ensures clinical excellence, professionalism, resident well-being, and continuous improvement while maintaining full compliance with ACGME requirements.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is primarily performed in clinical, administrative, and educational settings. Requirements include regular use of computers and phones; periods of standing, walking, and sitting; and occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds.
