    • Curriculum & Rotations — Create an effective educational structure and multi-site rotation plan that delivers comprehensive, high-volume clinical training while emphasizing protected learning time.
    • Faculty Leadership — Recruit and mentor core faculty across essential radiology areas; lead competency and program evaluation committees; foster an environment of strong teaching and constructive feedback.
    • Resident Recruitment & Branding — Develop recruitment approaches and establish a distinctive program identity centered on clinical mastery, consultative abilities, and contemporary practice skills.
    • Practice & Informatics Focus — Integrate targeted education in business operations, informatics systems, quality measures, and emerging technologies to equip residents for modern radiology careers.
    • Quality & Outcomes — Establish systems to track clinical exposure, performance indicators, safety, and ongoing program improvement.

    • Active ABR or AOBR certification in Diagnostic Radiology with continued clinical involvement.
    • Minimum 3 years of documented experience in educational and/or administrative roles (e.g., associate program director, section leadership with teaching responsibilities, fellowship or clerkship direction, committee leadership).
    • Proven collaborative leadership in multi-site hospital and outpatient imaging contexts.
    • Established track record in trainee teaching, mentoring, assessment, and professionalism.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in ACGME program leadership or in developing/expanding training programs.
    • Background in community, private-practice, or hybrid radiology environments.
    • Enthusiasm for or expertise in practice management, informatics, quality improvement, analytics, or technology integration.
