8 hour Shifts | Day (6a - 2p) | Evenings (2p-10p) | Overnight (10 p-6a)The Geneva Suites Residential Assisted Living locations - Bloomington, Burnsville, Eagan, Edina, Eden PrairieRange - $18–$21 per hour + shift differentials Position SummaryAs a Resident Assistant, you provide direct care while building meaningful relationships with residents. This is not task-based caregiving, it is relationship-centered care in a small home environment. Requirements/Qualifications:

• CNA or HHA certification preferred
• Physically capable of lifting and assisting residents
• Assisted living or senior care experience preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Valid State Identification
• Successfully complete background and fingerprinting
• EducationHigh School Diploma/GED
• ExperienceEntry Level (0-2 years)
