Resident Assistant/CNA Part Time

Where you can THRIVE!The Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) provides a variety of services to maintain and support activities of daily living for our residents under the supervision of a Nurse. The CNA is responsible for providing strong customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all of the following responsibilities:Responsibilities:Provides personal care services including: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and other care as designatedAssist residents in diningProvides homemaking tasksResponds to and reports changes in resident's health status and/or any recommendations for changes that should be made to the resident plan of care Completes thorough daily chartingCollaborates with other team members within the community to deliver The Waters WayQualifications:Certification/current registration as a nursing assistant (CNA)High-school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required One year nursing/resident assistant care experience in senior services preferred Ability to read, write, speak and follow verbal directions in EnglishKnowledgeable about the Home Care Bill of Rights as it applies to the CNABasic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systemsPossess compassion for and commitment to hospitality, service, and excellence in senior care Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamWe recognize that every team member is a direct reflection of The Waters.
