As a Resident Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by assisting them in various aspects of daily living and promoting independence.

Requirements:

• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with residents
• Dependability
• Prior experience as a caregiver or in a assisted living environment is a plus but NOT required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must be able to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, assist with resident transfers, and promptly respond to resident and emergency needs with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to pass DHS and criminal background check
