    • Build meaningful relationships with residents and help create a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and at home.
    • Provide personalized support with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting comfort, choice, and independence.
    • Administer medications accurately according to physician orders and maintain clear documentation.
    • Observe changes in resident condition, communicate concerns to the nursing team, and respond promptly to resident needs.
    • Help create a vibrant community by encouraging engagement, supporting resident activities, and maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming environment.

    • +$1.75/hour(Evenings):$21.05-$23.05
    • +$2.75/hour(Overnights):$22.05-$24.05
    • +$1.75/hour(Weekends):$21.05-$23.05
    • +$3.50/hour(Evenings+Weekends):$22.80-$24.80
    • +$4.50/hour(Overnights+Weekends):$23.80-$25.80

    What You Will Need:  

    • High school diploma or GED. 
    • Current QMAP, First Aid, Basic Life Support, and AED certification  
    • 1 year of experience providing personal care preferred. 
    • Ability to act independently in routine and emergency situations and demonstrate computer competency.
