The Position: Lodge Resident Assistant

Employment Status: Full-Time, Part-Time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 70 hours, 56 hours

Direct Care Aide Compensation: $16.50 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Lodge Certified Resident Assistant Compensation: $17.00 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience

Essential Job Functions:

• Personal Care Service
• Medication Reminders
• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Customer Service

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience preferred by not required.

Certifications and Licenses:

• CNA preferred by not required

Position Summary:

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Resident Assistant to join our I CARE team in the Lodge setting. Essential duties of the position include assisting in meal preparation, washing dishes/clean, customer service.
