Resident Care Aide (CNA Required) – Tulsa Facility

Perfect Fit Home Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team at our Tulsa facility.

In this role, you will support multiple residents throughout your shift in a structured, team-based care environment. If you are a CNA looking for a stable schedule, supportive leadership, and meaningful daily impact-this position is a great fit.

Pay Range: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing

You will provide hands-on care and support to residents throughout the facility, including:

• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Supporting mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting residents during meals
• Monitoring and reporting changes in condition
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
