    Come join the ONELIFE Senior Living team! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated team members with a common purpose of making a difference in the lives of seniors.

    The Woodlake Senior Living, located in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Temporary Resident Care Coordinator to provide, coordinate, and monitor high‑quality care for residents in our community. This is a temporary, full‑time position to support the team while our current RCC is out on maternity leave. Please note: This temporary position is not benefits‑eligible.

    Responsibilities of the Temporary Resident Care Coordinator:

    • Exhibits leadership qualities and communicates professionally with employees, residents, family members, responsible parties, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Implements and updates care and services provided to residents through individualized service plans and communication logs.
    • Coordinates, monitors, and helps with activities of daily living in alignment with our person‑centered care philosophy.
    • Documents and reports changes and observations related to residents’ needs and preferences.
    • Participate in quarterly service plan meetings.
    • Communicates with the health services team, physicians, other healthcare providers, and responsible parties as needed.
    • Addresses resident, family, and responsible party concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assists with training and onboarding of new Care Partners and Med Techs as needed.
    • Help manage Care Partner and Med Tech schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
    • Fills in as needed to cover open shifts.
    • Supports daily operational tasks as requested.
    • Participates in new employee orientation and monthly in‑services.
    • Ensures residents are treated with privacy, respect, and dignity.
    • Follows standard precautions and infection control procedures.
    • Completes state‑required training upon hire and annually.

    Required Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • A minimum of two (2) years of prior senior living experience is preferred.
    • A minimum of one (1) year of prior Caregiver and/or Med Tech experience preferred.
    • Must be at least 18 years of age.
    • Basic computer skills.
    • Must be able to speak, read, and write in the English language.
    • State Criminal Background Check and LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement.
    • LIC 503 Health Screening Report.

    Job Type:

    • Temporary, Full‑Time (Not benefits‑eligible)
    • Schedule: Sunday through Thursday

    Benefits:

    • This temporary position is not eligible for benefits
    • Daily Pay is available to all hourly employees.
