Resident Concierge

Arcan Capital is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Resident Concierge to be the welcoming face of our community! In this role, you'll greet and tour prospective residents, answer inquiries, process applications and leases, and help convert interest into signed leases. You'll also support move-ins, keep leasing records up to date, and serve as the go-to person at the front desk for residents, guests, and vendors - handling any concerns with professionalism and care.We're looking for someone personable and reliable who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys blending hospitality with sales.
