Position: Full-Time Activities Assistant. 

Location: Broad Reach Healthcare at Liberty Commons - Chatham, Cape Cod.

Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on your relevant experience.

What You'll Do: As an Activities Assistant, you will help create a fun and engaging environment for our residents by facilitating a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, along with special events. Working closely with the Activities Director, you’ll assist in planning and executing dynamic programs that promote active participation and contribute to the well-being of our residents. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and carry out a variety of recreational activities and special events.

- Foster an environment of joy and connection through meaningful engagement.

- Collaborate with the Activities Director to tailor programs that meet the needs and interests of residents.

- Ensure activities are inclusive, stimulating, and promote physical, social, and emotional well-being.
