About the Role:
The Resident Experience Coordinator is responsible for welcoming residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression and a warm, engaging community experience. Responsibilities:
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages as needed, ensuring minimal wait times.
- Activities Support: Assist with resident activities and community programming as needed.
- Visitor Management: Ensure all guests and vendors sign in and out according to community procedures.
- Front Desk Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and office area.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate inventory.
- Maintenance Coordination: Assist with submitting resident maintenance work orders and follow-up as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (GED accepted).
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment, preferably with active adult or senior living populations.
- Interpersonal Skills: Willingness and ability to engage positively with active and senior adults.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends.
