Seeking an experienced Construction Inspector / Oversight Professional to support water, wastewater, and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities include acting as the Owner's Representative, overseeing field inspections, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, verifying compliance, and managing documentation such as RFIs, submittals, and payment estimates.
Candidate will supervise inspectors, review construction activities, coordinate meetings, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Minimum requirements include 6+ years of field inspection experience in relevant disciplines, knowledge of construction codes, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Certifications such as OSHA, USACE CQM, and others are preferred or to be obtained within six months.
