A national residential real estate company is seeking a Resident Maintenance Specialist to receive, diagnose, dispatch, and monitor maintenance requests from tenants, owning work order outcomes and balancing cost control, customer service, and asset preservation. This temporary, full-time role is based in an office environment in Murray, UT, working a Tuesday–Saturday 9-6 shift, with pay pending intake discussion. The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of experience in construction/maintenance, property management, or logistics scheduling/dispatching, along with strong Microsoft Office skills, intermediate CRM/VOIP system experience, and bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred.
