This property is a 43-unit complex that serves a population 55 yrs or older and /or disabled. The manager will be responsible for collecting/processing rent, delegating tasks to team members (maintenance technician and Social service/Activity coordinator), work order entry/closing, move-in and move-out duties, retrieving and process payables on time, maintain resident files organized, interviewing applicants from a waiting list, working with maintenance on unit turns, assist residents with recertification process, training new staff and above all cultivating a positive team environment.
