Resident Move-In Coordinator$19.10–$21.48 per hour, based on experience | Full-Time 

Earn $19.10 to $21.48 an hour on a steady day shift, helping older adults and their families through one of the biggest moves of their lives. Collingswood Manor has been certified a Great Place to Work for 9 years in a row.Who You'll HelpCollingswood Manor is a nonprofit senior living community in downtown Collingswood, with independent living, assisted living, memory care, and rehab all under one roof. You'll be the calm, friendly guide from a family's first phone call to the day a new apartment feels like home.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to prospective resident inquiries and connect leads with the appropriate sales team member
  • Help guide new residents through apartment selection, reservation, and move-in preparations
  • Update prospect and occupancy records in Aline and support reporting efforts
  • Coordinate apartment readiness to create a smooth move-in experience
  • Support community events, outreach efforts, and marketing projects
  • Share prospect and move-in activity updates with team members and community leadership

What You'll NeedRequired: 

  • High school diploma or GED 
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in any setting, such as hospitality, real estate, retail, or healthcare
  • Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Availability for rotating weekends and holidays
Preferred: 
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or apartment leasing -
  • Experience with a CRM

Pay and Benefits

ScheduleFull-time, day shift: either 9:00 am to 5:30 pm or 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Rotating weekends and holidays, with occasional overtime for weekend events.Why People Stay
