How you will make an impact

  • Organizing and implementing programs and activities with residents.

  • Managing resident led programs and activities.

  • Conducting meetings with new resident orientation.

  • Recommending appropriate levels of residency.

  • Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents' care and safety.

  • Developing referral network within the community for available services.

  • Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents.

Compensation: Commensurate upon experience starting at $56,000.00 annually.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior setting.

  • Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.
