Your Responsibilities:
Maloney Contracting Services is seeking a Resident Relocation Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between residents, property management, and construction teams during comprehensive building renovations in Boston. This role ensures minimal disruption to residents' daily lives by managing communication, coordinating schedules, and promptly addressing tenant concerns. This Coordinator will work for the duration of the renovation project at our site in the South End/Lower Roxbury. The position will last approximately 10-12 months. The work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30.
Your Qualifications:
The selected candidate will balance strong project management skills with high empathy and conflict-resolution abilities. Excellent time management skills to handle moving schedules for dozens of households simultaneously will also be key to success in this role.
2+ years in affordable housing, property management, or community outreach, ideally during a renovation or relocation project, is required.
Proven ability to handle stressful situations and calm frustrated or anxious individuals is required.
Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.

Pay Range: $35-40/hour depending on previous experience.
