Summary:
- Assists Residents with all daily life functions (ADL' s hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, etc.) in a friendly and courtesy manner, ensuring dignity and respect by using techniques learned in training to minimize Resident stress and maximize cooperation through dignity and empathy.
- Ensures staff follow through is the same in absence of a Director.
- Provides assistance and support to other RSA's to ensure task completion and teamwork.
- Completes documentation clearly and accurately in Resident records and MoveN.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience preferred but will train.
- This position is 11-7a. Occasional part-time.
- Every other weekend availability.
