This entry-level, onsite role exists to strengthen resident stability and quality of life through responsive coordination and follow-through.Key responsibilities include assisting residents with social service needs, coordinating resident educational events, and partnering with local organizations and agencies to deliver supportive services.Required qualifications/skills:- Degree in a human services-related field- Experience working with elderly residents and individuals with physical and mental disabilities- Knowledge of local community resources- Strong organization, communication, and practical problem-solving skillsSchedule is Monday thru Friday.
