    Resident Services Manager

Supportive Housing · San Francisco Bay Area · Full-Time

    The Opportunity

Lead a small, mighty team delivering services at a supportive housing site for families. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, supervise staff, and shape the resident experience inside a Housing First, harm-reduction, trauma-informed model. If you believe a stable home can change a life, you're in the right place.

    What You'll Do

    • Supervise, coach, and develop a site team of 2–3 staff, including hiring, evaluations, and day-to-day support.
    • Run staff meetings, multidisciplinary case conferences, and resident community meetings with confidence and warmth.
    • Respond quickly and calmly to crises and emergencies, modeling steady leadership for your team.
    • Partner with housing operations to support resident retention, stability, and increasing self-sufficiency.
    • Oversee program implementation, quality assurance, and data-informed reporting.
    • Keep program goals, budgets, and grant deliverables on track.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science (social work, psychology, or related field), or 4+ years of relevant experience. MA/MS preferred; LCSW, MFT, or LPCC a plus.
    • 4+ years providing direct services to people experiencing or transitioning out of homelessness, ideally in a housing-based setting.
    • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
    • Working fluency in supportive housing, Housing First, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care.
    • Strong written and interpersonal communication; comfort juggling multiple priorities at once.
    • Experience with program reporting, budgeting, and quality assurance.
    • Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and a cloud-based database like Salesforce).
    • Bilingual Spanish (or another language commonly spoken by residents) is a plus.

    The Details

    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
    • Temporary
    • Onsite at a supportive housing site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
