Job Summary

Newhaven Court at Clearview is actively hiring reliable Resident Wellness Associates to join our care team in Butler, PA. We have part-time openings available on our afternoon (2nd) and overnight (3rd) shifts. This position features a stable schedule averaging 20 to 29 hours per week, including a rotating weekend requirement. Whether you are an experienced CNA or a compassionate Caregiver looking to start a rewarding career in senior wellness, we will provide the support and training you need.

Shift Hours & Pay Rates

• Resident Wellness Associate (Uncertified) 2nd Shift: $16.70 per hour
• Resident Wellness Associate (Uncertified) 3rd Shift: $17.70 per hour (includes overnight shift differential)
• Certified Resident Wellness Associate (CNA) 2nd Shift: $17.70 per hour (includes $1.00 certification premium)
• Certified Resident Wellness Associate (CNA) 3rd Shift: $18.70 per hour (includes overnight differential and certification premium)

Key Responsibilities

• Help residents maintain their independence by assisting with dressing, bathing, hygiene, and mobility.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate any changes in physical or emotional health to clinical leaders.
• Create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for the seniors in our care.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Active CNA license is highly valued (and paid extra!), but we will gladly train uncertified individuals with a strong work ethic.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of caregiving, including standing, walking, and resident transfers.
• Must pass all standard pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
