Recovery Network provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & professional, part time, Residential Aide to join our team!

Hours:
Part time
Saturday & Sunday - 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Responsibilities include:
Is responsible for monitoring all clients throughout their assigned shift.
Ability to conduct regular "rounds" around the entire property.
Ensures daily program / schedule is being followed.
Assist with new intakes, complete room searches, monitor mealtimes, etc.
Observes & documents all clients taking and / or refusing their prescribed or over the counter medications.
Monitor & observe urinalysis as needed / scheduled.
Communicates in a professional manner with all clients, staff & supervisors.
Keeps all program staff members informed of all client's current challenges or behavioral issues.
Provides accurate information during shift changes via written & verbal communication in a professional manner.
Attends team meetings as necessary / scheduled.
Can quickly adapt to changes in schedules, routines & work assignments.
Ability to deescalate.
Ability to maintain ethical & professional boundaries with all clients & staff.
Understands & abides by HIPAA guidelines / requirements at all times.
Qualifications include:
Ability to observe, identify, document, & inform others if physical, cognitive & behavioral changes are a concern.
Understands the field of addiction, mental health, & recovery.
Prior experience in a Behavioral Health setting is a plus.
Open to learning about & understanding ASAM criteria guidelines, Stages of Change, 12 step recovery, etc.
