HireLevel is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Providers (DSPs) to support individuals with daily living needs in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment.
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Murphysboro & DeSoto, IL
Shift Options:
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
(Must be available to work every other weekend)
Pay: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities of Direct Support Professionals:
- Assist individuals with personal care needs, including hygiene and daily living activities
- Provide support to individuals with high medical needs
- Encourage independence, growth, and community involvement
- Help individuals participate in recreational, social, and leisure activities
- Build positive relationships and serve as a supportive role model
- Maintain a safe, caring, and structured environment
- Document care and communicate effectively with team members
Requirement of Direct Support Professionals:
- DSP Certification required
- Previous experience with personal care and/or high medical needs preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license required
