Job Title: Residential & Commercial Painter
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour, DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (Must be available for overtime)

As a Residential & Commercial Painter, you'll prepare surfaces and execute painting projects with skill and precision. What You'll Do
As a Residential & Commercial Painter, you will be responsible for:
Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, caulking, and cleaning.
Apply paint, primer, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Perform interior and exterior painting on residential and commercial projects.
Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean job site.
Operate ladders, scaffolding, and painting equipment safely.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow safety procedures and project specifications.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Location & Schedule
This temp-to-hire on-site position is located throughout Lane County, OR. The standard hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with mandatory overtime as needed.
