Residential Apartment Security Officer

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Key Responsibilities:
•     Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shiftMonitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns
•     Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident mannerMaintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents
•     Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidentsRespond promptly to emergencies or alarms
•     Ensure all building access points are secureQualifications & Requirements:Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus
•     Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularlyStrong observational and communication skills
•     Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionallyExperience in residential security is a plus, but not requiredCandidates local to the area are strongly encouraged to apply
