What you’ll handle

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves.
• Leverage electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Deliver excellent customer communication—explain findings, repairs, and maintenance recommendations.
• Manage truck inventory, care for your company service vehicle, and complete precise job documentation.
• Offer solutions that extend appliance life and improve performance for customers.

What you’ll bring

• Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong diagnostic ability.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, industrial, automotive, manufacturing, HVAC, or similar technical equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a solid driving record.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically active, hands-on environment.
• Clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and a customer-first approach.
