What You’ll Tackle

• Diagnose and repair essential home appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves
• Provide clear, friendly communication and an exceptional customer experience
• Recommend helpful solutions and services that add value for customers
• Manage parts inventory and maintain your service vehicle to company standards

What You Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• EPA Type I or Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift, move, and thrive in a physically active role
• Appliance repair experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
