We have an immediate need with a residential design studio specializing in single-family home design for an Architectural Drafter with a strong focus on redline revisions and construction document updates. This role is centered on supporting the production team by efficiently implementing plan changes, maintaining drawing accuracy, and ensuring construction documents remain current and build ready. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is highly skilled at interpreting markups from architects, designers, and construction teams to produce precise, updated drawings using AutoCAD. Execute and implement redline revisions to residential construction documents with a high level of accuracy and efficiency Update and maintain existing home plans, incorporating options, upgrades, and field-driven changes Coordinate and revise MEP layouts and other technical components based on redline direction Maintain and update master plan files, ensuring all revisions are properly tracked and reflected Ensure all drawings comply with current building codes and company standards Support high-volume production drafting workflows, prioritizing speed, consistency, and accuracy Provide drawing clarification and updates to construction, sales, and internal teams as needed Required 3 plus years of residential drafting experience for single family homes Expertise with AutoCAD Proven experience working with redlines and plan revisions in a production environment.
