Description:
• We are seeking a dynamic individual to support the management of a community residential program. 
• This onsite position in Queens, NY involves a mix of day and evening shifts, with no overnight requirements. 
• The role requires experience in supervising staff and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent with 12-18 months of related experience.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of regulations related to developmental and intellectual disabilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, and implement program policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to interact with personnel, residents, and the public.
• Willingness to work one day of each weekend.
• Valid New York state driver's license for over a year with minimal violations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Supervise and guide direct support employees.
• Provide service coverage according to staff scheduling.
• Maintain smooth operations of the residence.
• Collaborate on planning individualized programs for residents.
• Oversee medical services and ensure proper administration of medications.
• Ensure residents' basic needs are met.
