Job Description
Assistant Superintendent
The Assistant Superintendent will:
- Assist with day-to-day field operations on multifamily and residential construction projects
- Support project schedules and coordinate subcontractor activities
- Conduct jobsite walks to monitor quality, safety, and progress
- Help maintain project documentation, reports, and field records
- Assist with inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Identify and communicate field issues to project leadership
- Support punch list completion and project closeout activities
- Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Promote jobsite safety and enforce company standards

The successful Assistant Superintendent will have:
- 2+ years of construction field experience
- Multifamily, residential, or commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes and jobsite operations
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and priorities on active jobsites
- OSHA certification preferred
- Desire to grow into a Superintendent role
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
