Job Summary

Responsibilities 

• Cleaning and preparing residential apartments for new move-ins (turns)
• Maintaining cleanliness in common areas (lobbies, hallways, elevators, laundry rooms)
• Ensuring exterior walkways and grounds are tidy and welcoming
• Using professional cleaning supplies and tools safely and effectively
• Communicating with the team to ensure high-quality, timely service

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience (residential or commercial preferred)
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive, mission-driven team
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work on your feet all day, often lifting, twisting, and bending
• The ability to work well independently and within a team
