Goal Setting: Partner with clients on medical appointments, medication engagement, and nutritional health.
Daily Support: Assist with emotional regulation and essential daily living skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
Reliable personal transportation and access to a telephone.
