Position Overview

Kings View is seeking a Residential Care Manager to support the daily operations of Eden House while providing care coordination, advocacy, and recovery-oriented services to residents. This role works closely with members, families, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote whole-person wellness and housing stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and support services for residents and members
• Conduct outreach, assessments, care planning, and health promotion activities
• Advocate for residents with healthcare providers and community agencies
• Coordinate services addressing social determinants of health
• Support members with housing, benefits, transportation, and community resources
• Monitor treatment adherence and provide self-management education
• Assist with residential facility operations and health and safety compliance
• Coordinate hospital discharge planning and transitions of care
• Use motivational interviewing, trauma-informed care, and harm-reduction approaches
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Driver’s License (Class C)
• One (1) year experience working with homeless populations, individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or criminal justice-involved populations
• Knowledge of behavioral health, housing, homelessness, and criminal justice systems
• Ability to conduct assessments and develop care plans
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
