Join our team at Two Maids - as a House Cleaner! No experience needed. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make homes sparkle and bring joy to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the cleaning industry with a supportive team.

  • W2 Commission: up to 20% commission earned/individually NOT split

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure quality service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete cleaning tasks efficiently.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • No prior cleaning experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks.
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Must be available to work Mon-Fri 7am-5pm
  • Required to be fluent in English, in order to communicate with our customers.
