Two Maids of Decatur is looking for dependable, motivated people to join our team as Professional House Cleaners.
You don't need professional cleaning experience—we provide paid training and teach you our proven cleaning system. What we really value is reliability, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
What You Can Earn
Approximately $450–$750 per week for someone working regularly, including electronic tips, plus mileage reimbursement and any cash tips.
Pay is issued biweekly and is primarily commission-based, so actual earnings vary based on your schedule, customer feedback, tips, and team efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll travel with your teammate from our Decatur office to customers' homes and:

• Clean homes according to our proven system and checklist.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Treat customers' homes and belongings with care.
• Work together to complete each home efficiently and thoroughly.
• Check your work and take care of missed details before leaving.

Important Details

• Start time: 7:45 a.m. every weekday
• Office: 1242 Clairmont Road, Decatur
• Typical end time: By approximately 5:00 p.m., depending on the day's route
• Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required
• Schedule: Monday–Friday; hours are based on the assigned route, so this is not a guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position
• The work is physical and includes standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting supplies, and repetitive cleaning motions.
• Reliable attendance is especially important because you'll be working as part of a two-person team.
